This character is just great. I love the color (even the lime green) and the texture. If I had a complaint, it's her right foot, which is out of perspective. It kind of irks me. Overall very good though.
I think you chose the lime green to get on Brother Franson's good side. I pretty sure it is his favorite color. He always used it for demos when I was in his class. Any way I really like this character but it would be fun the illustration had a greater sense of place. Is she in her old fashed living room working out to our favorite Richard simmons or Hooked on arobics? Or is she in the park or the gym. Or none of those things. Really all I am saying is it might plus the illustration to add more of a background or something.
Becca this illo is awesome! Remember when Candace and I gave you a ride home everyday from the art annex building.
Anyway, I love the colors and the lines. I can agree with Dani about the foot, but it's a minor problem. And I love the background so much I'm really glad that you didn't put any context in there. How did you do the background? Watercolor? This is just a great illustration.

I agree with Manelle - it's very good but needs context.

I'm just glad I found you. I don't care if you're a geriatric twisted right footer with j-ello-y walls. I think you're the best. And I mean that.
Glad I found your blog.
